I want to speak to the one who has done the work… the one who chose healing, chose deliverance, chose growth—even when it hurt.
The one who sat in therapy for years and unpacked trauma piece by piece.
The one who survived what should have broken you.
The one who fought to reclaim your mind, your identity, your voice, your peace.
And now… lately, it feels like you’ve been triggered and tested on a whole other level.
Let’s be real about it.
When you’ve done deep inner work, the next level of testing doesn’t come basic—it comes strategic. It comes to see if you will go back to who you were, or stand firm in who you’ve become.
But hear this clearly…
You will survive this level too.
This is not regression.
This is refinement.
This is not you losing ground.
This is proof that your growth is being challenged because it’s real.
Guard your heart. Not out of fear, but out of wisdom.
Protect your peace like it’s sacred—because it is.
Be intentional about your mind, your atmosphere, your space.
Your safety matters. Your purity matters. Your anointing matters. What you carry is not common, so it cannot be treated casually.
God will send reinforcements.
You won’t have to fight everything alone.
There are people being positioned to cover you, support you, and help safeguard what God placed inside of you.
And even when it feels like no one is there—you are not unprotected.
Hold on.
Breathe.
There is divine covering around you.
And if I’m honest… I’ve been feeling it too.
The weight of always being “the strong one.”
The one who holds it down.
The one who keeps everything together.
The glue. The responsible one.
Lately, I’ve been tested in my deliverance… tested in my identity.
And stretching doesn’t feel good.
Growth doesn’t always feel empowering—it often feels uncomfortable, exposing, and exhausting.
But even in that… I know God is keeping me.
So let me encourage you from a real place:
Don’t bend on your boundaries.
Don’t shrink just because something feels familiar.
Don’t go back to patterns you were delivered from just because pressure is present.
You didn’t fight this hard to return to what broke you.
Go forward.
Go forward healed.
Go forward aware.
Go forward guarded, but not hardened.
Go forward ready for your next level.
Because this next version of you requires discipline, discernment, and devotion.
And you have it in you.
Stay anchored.
Stay aligned.
Stay becoming.
You’re not breaking… you’re being built.
